I worked at Jobar International full-time (More than 3 years)

Some of the people that work here are genuinely sincere and helpful . This does not however apply to upper management

Upper Management is stuck in the 70's. Havent learned that intimidation and condescending attitudes are not productive motivators .Theres a strong sense of us against them. They have no training protocol you are left to learn from your mistakes then are belittled when when you dont perform to their standards ..If a mistake is made you are ridiculed not supported with ideas that will help you to perform better. You learn the business through trial and error with very little if any support from management. Bottom line is you do not see many smiling faces here which might explain the high turnover rate

    Advice to Management

Learn how to treat your employees with the respect they deserve. For the most part they are well intentioned and sincere about putting in a good honest hard day of work. Take some time out of your day to appreciate those that do well. After all you are in this together and working as a team and a sense of humanity will create growth and productivity
