    Pros

    Hotschedules, schedule flexibility, GREAT work environment, open door policy, amazing teamwork

    Cons

    I've worked in almost every position. Hosts don't get treated well and neither do dishwashers.
    2 week checks instead of 1-week
    summers are busy so they tend to over-hire servers.

    Advice to Management

    Don't over-hire and remember that people switch shifts because life happens.
    Don't punish workers for switching shifts when that's what hotschedules is for.

    4 days training (shadowing / handbook)
    2 tests to pass ( computer food/beverage multiple choice; need a 90% or higher)
