I have been working at John Crane full-time (more than 3 years)

you can learn a lot , in the location where I work , there is no much stress , no much pressure , my boss knows a lot and she doesn't have a problem teaching us her knowledge, you start with 2 weeks of vacation , you have sick days , 10 paid holidays per year, there is medical insurance, 401K , life insurance , work life balance is good

in the location where I work , there is no much room to grow , medical insurance is expensive for a family (not the employee only)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Medical insurance for the family should be more affordable
