    I worked at JohnsonDiversey (more than 10 years)


    Polymer was the best reason to work at JohnsonDiversey. The Polymer division was largely self directed. There was a can do attitude. Everyone did more than they had to. The division prospered.


    The rest of the company was very controlled.

    Trust the employees to know what they are doing.
