I worked at Jones Lang LaSalle full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Many real estate offices operate in silos, but this is an amazing office culture with hard-working people who are very friendly and team-oriented. It is a collaborative environment in which they treat everyone well, and I got to know each person individually and have nothing but the best to say about them. I am a huge family-oriented person, and this is a very family-based atmosphere.

    Cons

It is a competitive work environment, and it can occasionally be too demanding, although that is true of any job regardless of the company. I do not have too many bad things to say about the people or the environment.

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a day - interviewed at Jones Lang LaSalle in April 2014.

    Interview Details

Invited to interview in person after other candidates had already completed phone interviews and first in person interview. Interview with 2 team members simultaneously for an hour, then met with 2 executive team members simultaneously for an hour. After sending a "thank you for the interview" to all four individuals, didn't receive a response until three weeks later informing me that they were no longer hiring for the position.
