I worked at Jordan's Furniture part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

True feeling of teamwork, excellent managers, warm and welcoming environment, taught a lot of fundamental skills, work to bring out the best qualities in each of their employees

    Cons

Occasional workplace drama due to people being close, sometimes hectic, not a lot of room for upward mobility, often have to pick up the slack of others not carrying their weight, not very racially diverse

    Advice to Management

Continue to work on bringing out the best in each of your employees. More close training time with new employees to ensure they fully understand their responsibilities in each work area.
