    I worked at Joy Global full-time

    Pros

    even in down times, they try to be fair to their employees; both union and nonunion.

    Cons

    it is a bad time to work for them with coal mining being at such a low point, none of the mines want to buy machinery now.

    Advice to Management

    for a long time diversification to other products for other activities would probably increase the bottom line for the company,the workers, and the community!
