    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Upper management cares but the owners have such poor/non existent communication skills it makes for a horrible work environment.

    Cons

Owners are paranoid, don't know how to communicate and think their employees are slaves.

    Advice to Management

Let upper management run the company and stop being so negative.

    Interview Questions

    • None really very easy interview . Ask alot of questions because they will not tell you everything .Also you are interviewed by HR and not by a logistics or dept manager .   Answer Question

    Negotiation

Was offered 160/day 6 days a week . I was told I would be doing the NYC route and avg 8 to 10 hrs a day , and when my route was done I was done. also there would be sometimes a back haul to pick up . I did accept position but soon after starting I found out it's more like 12 to 15 hours a day doing anywhere from 1 to 3 back hauls everyday.
