    I worked at Jungbunzlauer full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    For fresh Chemical & Biochemical Engineers this is a very good learning platform and for experienced ones good technical challenges. New upcoming projects, good opportunities to expand plant capacity.

    Cons

    One has to be prepared for facing racism, particularly those having English as second language. Plant employees firmly believe that only people with English as first language has brain. Their world is limited to Niagara region and Canada as country, neither aware of outside of this nor have any desire to about it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Diversity index of their employees to be improved, few training programs will not solve the purpose. Participants just listen from one ear and throw out from another.
