    Pros

    Visionary CEO who identified opportunity early and leveraged resources to be ahead of the trends. Even post-tech crash, it was a good time to be at the vanguard of Internet usage and technology adoption.

    Layoffs and lack of team cohesion.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Jupitermedia in January 2010.

    Interview Details

    I interviewed with the Director in which a few personality type questions were asked (i.e. name a time when...). Very little was asked in the way of IT systems itself...it made things a lot more relaxing knowing that the interview was more personality driven.
