    There are some good people here. Pay and benefits are competitive, and there is opportunity to be involved in the community.


    Many of the managers in I.T. view employees as objects to further their own careers. Competent I.T. professionals are forced out in favor of yes-men who tell management what they want to hear.

    Advice to Management

    Fire the CIO. Hire a technical, experienced executive with a servant leadership mentality who does not feel threatened by intelligent employees. Senior leadership must hold this individual accountable for results, not just for making the numbers look good.

    I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at KAR Holdings (Carmel, IN) in July 2013.


    It was a professional experience. Did not drag on and decisions were made quickly. I had two phone screens and an informal breakfast. The process culminated with an onsite interview. A presentation was required. Was first time I'd done that during an interview but was overall a positive experience.
