Great team atmosphere. Leadership that is inquisitive and values feedback whether it is complimentary or not.

Great product which is truly a class above the rest and easy to believe in and get behind.

Best work home life balance of companies I have worked for to date.

Keeping up the with the pace day in and day out. Systems can be be cumbersome.

    Advice to Management

Stay focused on doing the right things because they are right and the employee base will rally behind strategy as it changes.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at KCI.

Hiring process took 1 month. There was phone contact from the HR then in person interview. I heard from the employer after a month of interview. Hiring process is very straight forward however it is slow and need patience from applicant's side.

I didnt negotiate much as the salary offer was pretty good to begin with. However, later I learned that I could have asked more. There was room for higher pay rate.
