I worked at KEL Attorneys full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay was pretty good, I was trusted to handle my cases how I saw fit, tons of experience.

    Cons

Too. Many. Cases. The case load is too high to be thorough.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to your employees. Need better training for new hires.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at KEL Attorneys (Orlando, FL) in June 2015.

    Interview

It was a little too easy. I felt like they were trying to get a sense of how desperate I was for the job. My desperation was sufficiently apparent, so I was offered and accepted the job. Wish I had it all to do over again and I would run far far away.
