KLAS is highly selective about who they hire, but this also means that when you are hired, you can be assured that you are working with people that are willing to work as hard and smart as you do. Company offers constant opportunities to learn, advance, and grow, and take a special and concentrated effort to identify and utilize each individual's unique talents. Management style is very hands off in many ways, allowing you to find the best way to do your job yourself. The company culture is authentic, employee and community focused, and supportive. Truly an engaging and rewarding company to work for.
Other posters are correct: this is a rigorous company with high standards. I don't personally consider that a con. You will work hard, be expected to learn on your feet, and be expected to be a valued voice for advancement and change in the company.
Advice to Management
I've been supported, cheered on, listened to, respected, and heard from the get go. Keep doing what you are doing. Keep in mind that adding additional scaffolding does not necessarily mean being restrictive or prescriptive. Give more support to the education program; with the way the company is growing, you are neglecting a foundational piece that needs to have equal consideration to other departments.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks – interviewed at KLAS Enterprises (Orem, UT) in May 2015.
Some from the company reached out to me through Linked In about the opportunity. Interview comprised of 1 in depth phone screening interview with HR and then 2 face to face interviews. Also included an online personality test as part of the initial assessment. They are first and foremost concerned about finding strong culture fit. What they do is unique and they really want to find people who want to make a difference in Healthcare and who embody honesty, impartiality and integrity. Be prepared to be tested on this in various forms as it is very important to their company and business model.
If you do a good job of selling your skill set and fit with the company they are willing to negotiate within reason to get the right person. Made one counter offer which they accepted.
