I applied through college or university. I interviewed at KPMG.

It was a behavioral-based interview. about an hour long. The interviewer was a manager and was very friendly. It helped ease nervousness because I felt like I was talking to them and not a robot like some interviews seem.

Your passion is YOUR passion. Don't wait for a role model. I never would have found one. You have the power, if you can't control your circumstances, to adjust to your circumstances, and get a seat at that table. As a leader, make sure you have people of differing views and opinions to turn to and learn from them. Make sure you find time for yourself! If you keep going and feel you're diminishing.. you're not helping anyone. -- Condoleeza Rice, Inaugural winner of the KPMG #InspireGreatness Award & 66th US Secretary of State
