Poor benefits, upper management friendship circle prevents advancement and job stability. No concern for well being of employees, low pay and unqualified employees. Everybody is easily replaceable no matter the experience obtained.
Advice to Management
Hire quality employees to get quality work. You get what you pay for. Friendships shouldn't direct the paths or futures of employees. Customer satisfaction and safety is top priority and coaching employees to help them better themselves provides ideal working conditions to where the employees enjoy coming to work to succeed.
