I have been working at Kakimoto & Nagashima full-time (more than a year)Pros
staff level and management level people are greatCons
Partners show no interest (though they ask for opinion but never consider them) for the staff level employees to make work fun or work environment acceptable
Very high turnover rate. Apparently they cant keep people.
Pay rate is very very low around 30K area if you are brand spanking new from college.
Some partners (not all) have poor management skills.
If you are new, some management will make you feel worthless and hurt your pride.Advice to ManagementAdvice
You all should go to management 101 and psychology 101 because you don't know how to approach people and your approach puts people down. and also do something about the poor bare minimum benefits.Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEO
