    Pros

    The company is a fast growing railroad that seems to be getting better all the time.

    Cons

    It is a small company so opportunities are limited, also being small the pay and benefits are not as good as some of the bigger railroads.

    Advice to Management

    Increase the pay and benefits to be on par with other class 1 railroads.
