I have been working at Kansas City Southern full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The company is a fast growing railroad that seems to be getting better all the time.

    Cons

It is a small company so opportunities are limited, also being small the pay and benefits are not as good as some of the bigger railroads.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase the pay and benefits to be on par with other class 1 railroads.
