The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services in December 2010.Interview Details
The initial phone communications with the HR department, was pleasant and made a positive impression. The first physical contact with the front desk personnel, was off putting as, the person was stern, and lacked basic professionalism. I was curtly asked to wait for a short period in a dingy, dirty bare minimum customer reception area. After a short wait, I was ushered into a partitioned area, that was lack luster, and somewhat dingy as well. I was handed a questionnaire to fill out, that had situational scenarios - to ascertain prior experience, after the allotted time period, I was verbally asked each question, and responded verbally to answer each question during the group interview. The group interview was conducted, by approximately 5 individuals. One of these members stood out as the individual who would be the direct report, as they were much more animated than the others, who basically presented as very bored.Interview Questions
