    I worked at Kao Brands Company full-time for more than 5 years


    Competitive pay, good benefits. A lot of support when in a new role. If you work hard, you can quickly advance in the company.


    Can take much too long to make decisions - no clear decision-maker for projects, etc. Benefits are slowly declining. Culture is better in some areas of the company than in others. Sales/Marketing - very cut-throat. Promotions made on seniority, not on actual ability (Marketing).

    Interview Details

    Starts with a screen through HR, followed by an interview with the Hiring manager and any one else they'd like to interview you, and finished with the team that finally makes the decision. The HR screen will typically be held over the phone, unless you're an internal candidate.
