    Pros

Work with smart, interesting students. Good pay. Well thought-out materials to teach from. Initial training is good. Pay is decent but I hear other test prep companies actually pay better.. You are reimbursed for mileage if you have to drive more than 25 miles to reach the class.

    Cons

Not enough hours available. Not much feed-back from management. Was promised that, if I would agree to take some classes that were scheduled 60 miles from my home, I would later be assigned to classes located closer to home. That never happened so I wound up spending way too many hours driving to/from the classes I taught.
