I worked at Katch Kan full-time
The pay was good but not worth it.
Mangement was horrible. They only cared about themselves.
Advice to Management

I applied online. I interviewed at Katch Kan.
Had great interviews via phone with a couple of the managers this role would be supporting. They asked well thought out questions and were respectful and down to earth. The unsettling part of the interview was that I never received any information from them after the interviews about moving forward on next steps. There were occasions when their executive assistant was supposed to send information to me via email which I never received. When I discussed the issue with their EA, she was defensive immediately and blamed me and then my internet provider. At no pointbdid she apologize or suggest a different avenue for communication. In the end she was supposed to let me know next steps. I never heard and when I tried contacting her she never got back to me. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth and couldn't imagine working for a company whose EA cant get herself together enough to send basic communications via basic methods and management that doesn't follow up. Very disappointing.
