    I have been working at Kawasaki Rail Car as a contractor (less than an year)


    Very punctual, organized, gains rail industry knowledge


    I dont see much challenges, but I did not get hired full time employee by them inspite of having spent 9 months (exclusing my offs and vaccations).They like my performance, but till did not hire me. Dont know why. this upsets me
