I have been working at Kellwood full-time (more than 10 years)

The company has a demonstrated record of operational excellence within a friendly and cooperative environment. The culture provides a great work-life balance, and includes company-provided activities (lunches, holiday parties, special events) that foster camaraderie. Their comp and benefits - including holidays and vacation policy is good.

The organization has three main geographies, which prohibits regular, in-person collaboration.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
