    This is an excellent job for the right person.The pay is good. My understanding is it is higher than what it used to be. Also, you can move up quickly. I was promoted about 2 months after being hired. Management is great to work with. The team leads and supervisors are approachable (via instant message and email). Coachings are informative, and work on helping you improve. You have metrics that measure different aspects of your calls. You want to always be improving. During a month, you may be trying to improve your customer satisfaction scores, average handle time, research time, or improving your adherence to a set of standards on how you open your calls. There is a 401(k) you can sign up for, but no company match. After one year, you can get an Affordable Care Act approved plan from Kelly. The most enjoyable part of the job is how each call is different and how the day flies by. It is easy to get days off that you want off. Just let them know at least two days off in advance.


    I love it, but know it wouldn't work for many people's personalities. You need to be someone who can think logically and work through things step by step. It's important to follow directions, and be able to work with many windows up on your screen. Team Leads are nice, but if you are the type that can't handle regular, constructive critique you may not do well here. Before you have worked there for a year, they only offer a health plan that doesn't meet the ACA standards and isn't subsidized by Kelly at all. The hardest part of the job is the few especially difficult callers.

    Advice to Management

    Get a better system to handle shift swaps and give-aways. Revamp the internal website and clear out the outdated material.
