In 1998, three visionaries gathered around a coffee pot, certain they could create a company that would provide the same high-quality technology professional services to Fortune 500 companies as the Big 4 consulting firms, but with better customer service and at a lower cost…if only they could think of a name.
Inspired by some very important names in their lives—the names of their children—they decided on KellyMitchell Group. They financed the start-up with their own savings and equipped the office with their own computers. It took two years to take home a paycheck, but they were driven to succeed.

Provides affordable lodging, care, and support services for families traveling to other cities for medical care.
The Haven of Grace
Helps young, homeless women turn their lives around with a ten-year support program to ease homelessness and empower women.

I took a leap of faith coming to work for Kelly Mitchell. The leadership sold me on the unlimited potential of this job and it has far surpassed my expectations. I have worked for a couple different companies and the culture here is second to none. Not to mention, you can immediately start dramatically increasing your paychecks. You have to be accountable to your numbers, but management takes the time to work with you if you are struggling. As long as you give 100% everyday, you will no doubt succeed. Every day brings a new challenge and you never know what is around the corner; that is what makes this so exciting. I am so excited to be part of this growing team and I can't wait to see what the future holds!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks – interviewed at KellyMitchell Group (Englewood, CO) in February 2015.
There were four interviewers and me. The process took one hour which included a fifteen minute test to determine basic qualifications and to verify my resume experience claims. The members of the interview panel were cordial and it was a non-threatening environment. This particular company has a feeling of family to it.
