    -A lot of young, creative, and energetic employees
    -The company promotes a lot of social issues- Amfar and Aids research is very important to Kenneth and is prominent throughout the company's advertising and branding


    -Depending on the department you're in, growth may be difficult.. Felt a little trapped at times

    Department heads should communicate better, often takes a while to get necessary things done due to lack of communication
