    Pros

good company with solid employee engagemet

    Cons

the integration of Landsbergs SMB inside sales division into Amcor to handle small/medium sized accounts along side outside sales was not well planned as outside sales was blindsided and there was poor communication about who would handle which accounts based on criteria not well defined

    Interview Questions
    • The most difficult question i was ever asked was when a customer came to will call and was flirting and asked me out and i was married. He happened to be one of our good customers. i took it to my boss who called his boss and ask that he not come back to will call. it was so unexpected I didn't know what to say to him.   View Answer
    Negotiation Details
When i was working in the warehouse office i was looking for another job and found one to pay me over what i was making at Kent Landsberg. When i gave my 2 week notice they asked me how much to stay and i told them to match the other company and they did. However i had to get it in writing and still had to fight tooth and nail to get what was promised me.
