    Pros

The people here really know the ins and outs of patent law and do high quality work. It's a place where you can learn from the best.

    Cons

Getting staffed on good cases can take effort and persistence. It's important to build relationships with the partners who have work to give out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Distribute work on a more democratic/meritocratic basis. Promote mentoring by crediting senior associates for the time they spend training junior associates.
