I have been working at Kessler International full-time (more than 10 years)

Kessler is a great place for someone who is looking to learn. You will be given tons of opportunities to expand and grow, and if you show an aptitude for responsibility you'll be awarded more responsibility. The work is always changing, and there is always a new challenge. It is never boring.

It is a fast paced and deadline driven environment. In order to succeed, you'll need to have the ability to be willing to step in to help the team when necessary.

    Positive Outlook

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Kessler International.

    Interview Details

Received a phone call regarding my resume. First impression of office was questionable. The main entrance is in the back of the building by the garbage and you have to be buzzed in. You walk directly into the middle of the office where you are greeted by two small dogs. One "will bit your ankles" they tell you. Great. The decor is circa 1980, old dusty pictures, fake flowers and cubicles all over. While waiting I notice the office is quieter than any office Ive ever been to. no talking, no music, nothing. Eerily quiet, and the phone rang once in 1.5 hours. During the interview, the managers seem nice, however they ask you nothing about yourself, experience, goals etc. Instead they literally bash every employee that ever came before you, in every way possible. Not professional. Expectations were not discussed. Seemed like they have no idea what the position entailed because they could not speak of it technically.

    Reasons for Declining

If I worked there I would be depressed, like everyone else seemed.

    Declined Offer
