I have been working at Keystone Partners full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Management is very appreciative of employees' work efforts, communication is very good, great benefits, very professional. Good work-life balance, fun work atmosphere.

    Cons

Not much room to advance from within. More perks would be nice, sports tix, raffles.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing and grow, grow, grow! Early close on Friday's in the summer. Casual dress day on Fridays.

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Keystone Partners in January 2009.

    Interview Details

I had 2 one on one interviews with two different people in the company. One in management and one was another cousnelor. then I di a group interview - kind of a mock training in front of peer counselors and other employees. Everyone was very welcoming, worked to put me at ease and very affirming. the culture seemed tradtional, very trdtional dress, and stylistically conservative.
Advise: be prepared, be entusiastic. know the competition. be very well versed on career management issues. make a great first impression.
