    They pay is good and Co work can be helpful


    If you speak up you will never move up to a group leader position and being African American you won't move up at plant 7

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Talk to your plant managers about favoritism and racism , nobody should have to feel angry at work because the plant managers treat them different because of there race
