I have been working at Keystone RV

Good pay and a potential to be done as early as noon or 1pm

If you are good you may end up doing work that others should do. For the same pay that is.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make clear what is expected from every position: quantity, quality and time. Let new people have a goal that have to hit before they go on rate. That's how I got fast when I first started. It was very rewarding.
