company is always growing and busy. 98% of the people you work with are great! There isn't much room for moving around or learning new things because you are so busy.

Its hard to advance thru the company unless you are related to the right people or are buddy buddy with the right people. The place is very clique-ish. There is lots of favorite-tisum, and in order to get a raise, you have to be a manager's favorite.

    Advice to Management

Learn to share the wealth. Its great that those with the right connections or went to an expensive school get to advance and buy summer houses, but how about giving cost of living raising to those who actually put in 40hrs every week if your not going to bother with review raises even after being there over 10 years.
