    Pros

    Kimball is a balanced & stable company that has achieved the realization of a linkage between continuous improvement efforts & financial rewards. It is great to work in an environment that seeks improvements which will serve the best interest of the company, as well as the employee. They live what they publish as values & vision, open to listen & seek the best methods to create alignment & opportunity.

    Cons

    Kimball will be well served by continuing to improve in the areas of timely response to the needs of the business with an appropriate level of urgency. With the understanding that perfection is an unattainable goal, it is difficult to pinpoint an area of complete failure for Kimball.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to pursue the paths of continuous improvement & openness in regards to what matters most to your employees. The expression of appreciation & support when warranted, coupled with earned financial reward are powerful statements.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Kimball Electronics in January 2014.

    Interview Details

    Initial phone interview was conducted to give information about the job position and to go over basic qualifications. Then a panel interview was conducted to go into depth about the position and behavioral and job qualification questions were asked again. Then a drug test was requested and offer letter was sent.
