I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week – interviewed at Kimberly-Clark.
This process was pretty casual many years ago. Interviewed by three different regional managers and local sales manager during a Kimberly-Clark regional meeting. All three interviewers were friendly and fair during the questioning phase. Questions were reasonable and I never felt intimidated or overwhelmed. Hiring phase was painless and onboard training started immediately.
