Very easy to take pride in the core product, supply chain modeling software. The supply chain software technology is outstanding.

Training and the teamwork within the company has a lot to be desired. Improvement ideas are not encourged out side of a few positions.

    Advice to Management

There is a box around how out of the box thinking is done. Encourge new ideas from everyone. Encourge cross department teaming.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Kinaxis (Ottawa, ON (Canada)).

The interview was in three consequence meeting. - First with A lady from Human Resource, explaining the position and company in addition to asking some behavioral questions (30 minutes). - Meeting with Manager and explaining the position and asking the question from my CV and explaining the work of the team (1 hour) - Talking with the technical people (two guys) for half an hour and asking about CV and one simple question to reverse a link list using recursive technique and the problem of recursion. The day after interview, the lady from human resource asked for references and contacted them the same day. The day after that they give me an offer.
