I have been working at Kinecta FCU as a contractor (More than 3 years)RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
The pay increases were steady, not cost of living but if you did your work you got something. The benefits were alright, typical ppo and hmo. Time off depended on how many years worked got a set amount of hours each check for number of years worked. Leadership was shadow, unless there was a major company change. Supervisors were super depending on their temperament. Overall it was a quality job.
The locations had small parking lots and the cubicles were small.
Advice to Management
