I worked at Kinecta FCU full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I worked with Nice people with good intentions. Renewed focus on the member. Improving mobile products and technology. Improved communications to front line.

    Cons

Disorganized in some operations. Cumbersome processes and too many/antiquated systems which requires manual tracking and monitoring. Culture still has long way to go.

    Advice to Management

Demonstrate core values all of the time; not just when easy or convenient.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Kinecta FCU.

    Interview

They seemed very unorganized. I was contact by the Branch Manager and then Human Resources. They offered me the position but I declined because it appears they have very high turn over.
