    I worked at Kinetic Systems

    Pros

Lots of potential opportunities, very diverse set of customers,
chance to make a difference, state of the art equipment.

    Cons

Long hours, high expectations, slow processing of travel reimbursements, sales and marketing can be very disconnected from the capabilities of engineering.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Equalization of power between engineering and sales/marketing.
This is in reference to Kinetic Systems, the data acquisition company,
    not the vibration control company.

No vibrations are good vibrations for Kinetic Systems, Inc. (KSI), which makes vibration isolation products, such as tabletops, platforms, workstations, mounts, and mounting plates. KSI's products are used in academic, industrial, and government research; among the markets it serves are aerospace, biosciences, lasers and optics, and semiconductors. In addition to its vibration isolation and damping products the company also makes custom products and offers vibration surveys: often necessary to ensure precision equipment operates correctly. The company was founded in 1968.
