I have been working at Kmart part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

work with your schedule. easy going and they make sure you take your breaks and lunch.

    Cons

pay . upper management tends to look down on store employees and does not listen.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It was very easy, a lady asked me a bunch of questions and I answered them. The lady was not rude and was very kind and friendly. I did not have any kind of bad feelings during the interview.
