I have been working at Knowland Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Bright, approachable coworkers who make the day fun and are not afraid to collaborate; new CEO is fantastic

    Cons

Serious time of transition has translated to a serious increase in work load for those who are willing to dive in... devotion and strong work ethic a must

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you are doing. In showing a renewed commitment to both client and employee, the new CEO, executives, and new and remaining department heads have rerouted the company towards a bright future after previous management lost sight of what was important.

I applied through other source – interviewed at Knowland Group.

    Interview Details

Hiring process took 4 weeks. I was contacted via LinkedIn and scheduled a 45 minutes phone interview with HR. After that I was asked to prepare myself to showcase a social media website to the VP of Sales & Marketing in order to convince him to buy. Met VP after this test, that when I was invited to visit their office in Chinatown. After that took about 2 weeks to get an offer.
