    Pros

Flexibility to work from home while managing and overseeing programs made an ideal work environment. Employee benefits as it relates to child care were great!

    Cons

Too many changes in upper management which caused too much uncertainty at AM level. Support tools when provided were given too late- need to be proactive and done ahead of time

    Advice to Management

Work closer to the field to understand their challenges and concerns

They were very nice. I called to ask if they were hiring and they were. I came for an interview and was immediately hired on the spot. I knew that I was going to be happy there after meeting with the director. We all became family immediately after I was hired. I really enjoyed my time there.
