Power in Proof

We are united by one powerful idea: every child deserves to reach his or her full potential. It’s a promise that starts at birth, with a passion for early learning that must be cultivated. In that crucial window is an opportunity to make a measurable lifelong difference. We believe that we’re called to Nurture Greatness: in children, in educators, and in America’s future.

If America is to live up to its true potential, we must prepare our children. Our peers around the globe already place a higher premium on education, and the achievement gap is widening more each day. That’s why Knowledge Universe is re-writing the book on early education, creating a compelling story of transformation and results.

We’re using our custom curriculum to give children the strongest start imaginable. And the results are clear: our children outperform their peers. A recent state-led study showed that our students were 18% better prepared in mathematics, and that’s only the beginning.

Raising the Standard

Knowledge Universe has issued a call to action for educators and policy-makers: Let’s demand better for our nation’s children. Let’s make early education a priority by investing the time, resources and talent it deserves. And let’s start by empowering children and educators with a research-based curriculum that honors imagination and creativity.

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Knowledge Universe (Ballston, VA) in June 2015.

    Interview

Warm and friendly director who made it very easy for me to communicate with. I gave very detailed answers which seemed to lead to even more questions, but in a good way. I was able to meet and interact with the kids, which showed the director I would be an excellent employee.
