I worked at KnowledgeLake full-time (More than 5 years)
Great company, one of the best places to work in St. Louis. Good products, fantastic office, plenty of room for growth. For many employees it's their first job out of college and they have scored. Great benefits, salaries are fair, lovely office location, environment and vibe. Good management and a pretty good team spirit. Always looking to improve, train and motivate the staff.
SharePoint, the core product for KnowledgeLake has has it's ups and downs, no thanks to Microsoft's direction. Over last few years KnowledgeLake lost a little direction. New focus has come back and concerns from the past seem to be addressed.
Advice to Management
Listen to the employees in the field and on the floor. Don't just listen but respond.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KnowledgeLake (Saint Louis, MO) in January 2012.
First interview, phone interview. Second Interview, in Person interview. You will meet with ISR Manger and Director/VP of sales if available. Usually, you will be asked to give a canned KL PPT presentation. Overall the process was fairly easy if you understand their technology and the value.
