    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kobe Steel (Zürich (Switzerland)) in May 2011.

    Interview

This position was brokered via IAESTE. Therefore, there was no formal interview required. The introduction on my first day of work was very friendly and welcoming. In a very short time, I was integrated into their organization. The overall experience during interview, pre-employment, on-boarding, and working for Kobe Steel was very pleasant.

    Negotiation

Due to the application process, there were no negotiations required.
