    Kohl's ranks third nationally in customer satisfaction

    Kohl's Corp. ranks third in customer satisfaction out of more than a dozen of the country's largest department and discount stores, the latest edition of an annual benchmarking study shows. Kohl's, which has its headquarters in Menomonee Falls and employs some 7,000 people in the area, outperformed the industry average on the American Customer Satisfaction Index, as it has since it first was ranked in 2002.

    I have been working at Kohl's

    Pros

    I've had the good fortune of a challenging 14 year career with several different roles and promotions. I'm always learning something new and always rewarded for hard work. I feel like my opinion matters and my leaders help develop my skills. Being a member of Management team provides good benefits, bonus and decent salary.

    Cons

    Hourly Sales Associates could benefit from higher wages and more payroll hours. Feels like they often get dissatisfied quickly and leave.... those providing valuable service to our customers should be a higher priority!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to grow and change! The company is always evolving and those resistant to change or incapable of managing through it often don't provide the right level of Customer or Associate engagement.

    I did the interview online on my iPad through HireVue where I recorded my answers. There were 5 questions and they gave you 30 seconds to prepare your answer for each. It was very quick and it was really nice that I was able to complete the interview on my own time in the privacy of my apartment
