    I worked at Kohler

    Pros

Overall a good place to work. Co-workers are friendly. Large machining and assembly facility. If manufacturing is your passion and you have interest in machining this place will fit well for you.

    Cons

Not really many cons to the job. Show up, do your job and apply yourself and things will go good for you. Advancement in the company is possible with hard work.
