I have been working at Kohler full-time

    Pros

Brand strength in marketplace, flexibility (home office)

    Cons

Little to no advancement opportunities without requiring relocation to WI or another region.

    Advice to Management

Micromanagement is not motivating. Consider adding manager/specialist positions-sales reps covering too much territory and accounts leads to burnout!

    Sales Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Milwaukee, WI
    Declined Offer

    Difficult Interview

    Application

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Kohler (Milwaukee, WI).

    Interview

The interview process was lengthy and arduous. Including a personality test and psychological evaluation. The process included several phone interviews, all day interviews at their facility and required two trips to Milwaukee and Kohler Wisconsin. The VP was the least prepared of the interviewers and was unfamiliar with my resume. A written offer was proffered and declined.
