This company is so focused on cutting costs and downsizing. High turnover rate. About half of the employees got fired or resigned in a year. All branch offices were closed. 6 months non-compete without payment. Lots of people left the firm because of dirty politics. No team spirit.
Advice to Management
This company needs to be more considerate towards employees.

I applied through other source – interviewed at Kokomo Capital.
I received the interview from a head hunt via efiancecareer. A week later the head hunt noticed my that the company wants to give me an online test. I was told before hand that the online test should be completed in 1.5 hour and there were four questions to be completed. The head hunt gave me sample feedback from the person be interviewed previously. I stuck on the first question for 20 mins and realized the answer immediately after time out. The second question were easy. Third question is hard. I wrote down my thoughts but didn't get to the answer. The last question were also hard and I only had 10 mins on it.
