Former Employee - Field Technician in Las Vegas, NV

I worked at Konica Minolta full-time (more than 5 years)

The location that I worked at has a very competent service director and was a pleasure to work for,the team that I worked with were all great techs.

the corporate staff sometimes makes decisions for us local people without checking into what and how we feel about said decisions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would suggest to upper management to consider the local team management more closely before they make our decisions for us.
