    Negative Outlook
    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Made good money for awhile. More help than you need.

    Cons

    Everybody is an expert.
Too many Vice Presidents. More VP's than a bank and no one told them it is a title only.
If Xerox VP's went to Harvard. KM VP in some cases don't have a GED.

    Advice to Management

Cut the fat at the top and pay the people bringing the clients to the table. Hire people who actually know something about what you hire them for. Quit hiring all the cronies from "Give It Away Toshiba".
