I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kronos Incorporated.
This process was a bit different than I was used to. Had a phone screen with a consultant from the group. Then the recruiter spoke with me after. After speaking with the recruiter, I had to fill out a online personality survey and was supposed to have a face to face interview and another face to face where you make a presentation to their group. However, it was different for me, I had another phone screen with the hiring manager and also had to fill out an online job application where I had to give detailed information about my salary history.
