    Pros

    Management actually cares about you, wants you to have a life, and to be successful. There are many opportunities to improve your position, contribute to the overall success, and make a fair living.

    Cons

    Large companies are sometimes difficult to navigate for new people. After a short onboarding process for a sales person (~6 months) you will do fine.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to listen to your field employees. We are closest to the customers and can tell you how to make their experience even better.

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Kronos Incorporated.

    Interview

    I applied online and was contacted via email a month after my submission to set up a phone interview. I spoke with a Kronos recruiter who asked some general personality and qualification questions, and then requested I fill out a personality test. The recruiter was kind, engaged, and personable - she even gave me feedback on what I did well and should focus on improving. About a week later I was contacted to set up an in-person interview. I was slated to meet with six people - two managers and four employees. This took about two hours, and was structured to be a casual discussion of my professional experience. It was low pressure, comfortable, and positive. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by the original recruiter with an offer, and was then requested to complete a background check to verify employment history. This was the last step of the process. Every person I interacted with seemed genuinely interested in my success, and I never felt nervous or pressured.
