I have been working at Kryptiq as an intern (Less than a year)RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
One of the best cultures I have witnessed. Everyone has a good attitude and willing to help no matter what the problem is. The management has an open door policy. This is a company that will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Supervisors at Kryptiq recognize the extra effort and hardworking employees are appreciated.
I can't think of anything negative to report. It is difficult to remember the cons when you work among amazing people.
Advice to Management

Many companies of this size are only concerned with filling the immediate need - and often disappoint employees when they inevitably wish to advance.
- Very honest and straight forward questions. I think the hardest questions would be concerning former employers (or current) and why you left. Answer Question
I didn't argue with the amount - and I've advanced two to three times since I was hired just a few years ago.
