    I have been working at L. C. Williams and Associates


    Run like a family operation, and with just a dozen or so full time account staff, it is! Co-workers are supportive and hard working. Management has an open door policy and is very family-friendly. Low turn over for both employees and clients.


    Two obstacles: Low mgmt and staff turnover is not conducive to fresh thinking or innovative approaches. Top execs have little or no experience outside the agency, which exacerbates the problem. Tendency to deliver "safe" client solutions rather break-through programs.

    Secondly, small size lends itself to micromanagement on every level, which in light of the above, is problematic.

    Step outside your comfort zone.
